We remodelled the old Denny's in Fairbanks, Alaska into Summit Chiropractic's new physical therapy, chiropractic, and massage medical space. This project involved the transformation of the building into a state-of-the-art healthcare facility, showcasing our proficiency in managing complex renovations. The client was very pleased.

Challenges: We had to ensure none of the old restaurant smells would remain in the new construction and had to ensure sound would not travel between the offices. Our architect sat down with the client and our team to came up with a design that included HVAC ducting and sound proofing in the walls to accomplish the clients need while being extremely cost sensitive.
